Can I try just one box?
You can do whatever you want - you are the customer. In fact your first box is always a trial box for you to test our friendly service. No more deliveries are made until you inform us if and how you want to proceed. If you decide to join our popular regular round the only commitment you agree to make is to give us at least two days notice for any cancelations.
How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel deliveries completely or just cancel occasional boxes simply email us or call 01908 568952 before 5pm on the Tuesday before your next delivery and we will act on your instructions.
Flexibility? Can I make sure certain vegetables never go in my box?
Yes absolutely! Just let us know what vegetables you dislike and we will ensure you never get these. Instead we will add something else from our seasonal produce.
What if I receive a rotten vegetable?
Hopefully that won't happen. If you are not happy with any of the produce we deliver then just let us know and we will refund your card appropriately or discount your next order.
Do I have to be in when you call?
No, generally customers are out. When you order your first delivery, the form you fill in asks for a location on your property where we can leave the box in case you are not in when we call. We have never had boxes go missing or stolen.
What do I do with the empty boxes?
On your next delivery please give them back to the driver or leave out for collection. They are then reused.

If I only want vegetarian food in the Milton Keynes local delivery service, can I ensure my vegetarian food does not come into contact with non vegetarian food.
Yes. The local Parks Trust meat we sell (Parkland Produce) is always in sealed boxes. We deliver vegetarian food to Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard, Towcester, Buckingham and the surrounding areas.
