What is a Box Scheme
A box scheme is a method of delivering a selection of organic vegetables to households with a minimum of packaging and transport costs. The aim is to deliver food from the farm to your home as fresh as possible. And of course it comes in a box! You can choose a weekly or fortnightly delivery service.

Our Vegetable Box
Each box contains 10 different varieties of seasonal vegetables certified by the Soil Association. For example potatoes, carrots, onions, fresh greens e.g. cabbage or spinach (depending on what’s ready on the farm), mushrooms, broccoli, lettuce, cucumber, pepper and tomatoes. In winter the box would contain more root vegetables etc. We rarely have to use imported vegetables but when we do it is usually only one or maybe two items in the box. This only happens in late Winter/Spring so approximately 99% of the time the boxes are 100% English.

How do I get onto the Organic Trail
We operate a simple delivery service, which is quite similar to the method used by the milkman. First you need to arrange delivery of a trial box. To do this please click on ‘Order Trial Box’ at the top of this page or ring 01908–568952 (you may get the answer phone). You do not have to be in when we deliver. Once you have tried our service just inform us if you wish to continue and whether you would like to have boxes weekly or fortnightly. We will not deliver any more boxes until you confirm this first. After you have confirmed you will then automatically receive boxes on a regular basis for as long (or short) as you want. You only need to contact us when you wish to miss boxes or stop the service altogether. This way ensures a hassle free service.

How do I cancel Deliveries
The boxes are delivered on Thursday's only .To cancel your Thursday box or stop all future deliveries simply ring us on 01908–568952.
All cancellations must be received before 5pm on the Tuesday prior to your delivery date. Emails have proven to be unreliable.
